If you’ve never tried out Fiverr.com, now’s the time to check it out.
Fiverr is a simple yet brilliant idea and it’s taking off. Connecting people who offer ALL KINDS of services with people who have $5 and aren’t afraid to lose it, Fiverr has allowed me to develop fun stuff for my own websites.
It’s become a kind of mini-hub for outsourcing on a budget, and that’s all fine and good, money makes the world go round, let’s exploit people, etc.
But beyond e-commerce, you can do all kinds of funny stuff for your friends. For $5 you can have:
- Somebody meditate on your financial abundance
- Get a fake wife or girlfriend
- Write your message on a model’s face (whole new meaning to Facebook!)
- Rent a dinosaur cheerleader
- Get Ninjas to put out your message (could be good for debt collection?)
If you’re looking for a funny birthday, anniversary, Christmas or other holiday gift, any of the above would be great, and there’s thousands more on Fiverr.
But I want ROI!
Oh, okay. You win. Let’s look at some serious applications:
- Get a logo designed
- Have a video trailer made
- Get shouted to 20,000 facebook fans
- Have a 400-word article written
- Have a song written for your project
It’s truly amazing what $5 buys these days!
Give Fiverr.com a whirl. What’s the worst that could happen? You’ll be out $5…
